Let’s SOAR Together at Abounding Faith’s Women’s Conference this Saturday!

It’s kind of surreal to know that my very first women’s conference is this Saturday!

I count it a privilege and honor to speak about my Lord and to encourage others to believe God and to live out their God-given dreams! I’m so grateful for every audacious dreamer and doer who is setting aside time in her busy schedule to be at Abounding Faith’s SOAR Women’s Conference! I have been praying and preparing for this event. I’m trusting that God will bless and meet each lady right where they are in their faith journey!

I believe God wants to birth new dreams and resurrect a few dreams for the women who are there on Saturday!

I’m delighted that the ladies attending the event are of different ages, life stages, backgrounds, and churches. The women are going to be a lovely mosaic and reflection of the beauty found in NYC!

I’m so thankful for all my volunteers and those individuals who have generously sponsored this event. I couldn’t hold these events without them! I’m also grateful to my friends at Our Daily Bread and TBN NY for providing prizes for the fun raffles we will be having.

I’m excited to announce that Abounding Faith’s first ever women’s conference will be held on the morning of Saturday, May 20th. Ladies, please mark your calendars!

Hosting conferences is something that God placed in my heart a few years ago. I’m delighted that I’m finally in the season where I have the green light to move forward with this particular God-given dream!

Abounding Faith TV Appearance

It was a delight to be back in the TV studio with Pastor Luis Ortiz and Ebenezer Film Productions. It’s always an honor to get to speak about God!

Yes, it’s still a bit odd for me to go from being the interviewer tucked behind the scenes during my journalism days to now being interviewed in front of the camera but I think I’m getting the hang of it.

Abounding Faith on TV

I recently had the pleasure of being invited by Pastor Luis Ortiz of Ebenezer Productions to talk about my books Waiting on God Well and Abounding Faith on his TV show. The interview aired live in Brooklyn and on Facebook Live. The above video is the Facebook Live version. I pray that what I shared in the video blesses you! I plan to share the fancier version of the video as soon as it’s ready.

As a writer, I’m more comfortable being behind-the-scenes but the Lord gives me the grace and courage to speak about Him in different settings including on live TV. All Glory to God!

I plan to keep speaking and writing as long as the Lord keeps giving me something to say!

Letting God Lead! (Revisited)

When God opened the door for me to appear on the show “Open” on BronxNet last August to talk about my book Waiting on God Well, I prayed and went. It was a different type of mission field. But as long as God was there, I was fine. I couldn’t have asked for a more gracious host than Bob Lee! He even let me pray on air! Glory!

Living by Abounding Faith – Update!

1 year collage

It’s been a year since I took the leap of faith and left my full-time job to focus on writing, speaking, life coaching, hosting events, and starting Abounding Faith’s online store.

What a year it’s been! God is Faithful!

Has the year been easy? Nope! Has it been worth it? Absolutely!

I could not have made it through this year without the support of my loving family and friends! You know who you are! Thank you for being there to listen to me, rejoice with me, and to offer guidance along the way! Thank you for believing in me and praying for me and thanks for your moral and financial support!

I am in awe of what God is doing in me and through me. My goal is to continue to live out the call God has placed on my life to communicate Christ through writing and speaking. I hope to continue to share God’s love with those who are hurting, lost, or discouraged. I want to encourage and empower men and women to grow in their faith in God and to live the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10!

I look forward to continuing to encourage you to Wait on God Well, live your God-given dreams, and believe God for the impossible!

I’m grateful to my readers and online community! I’m touched that you are being blessed by my writing and speaking and that you are telling others! I appreciate how you are helping to spread the word about my books, online store items, and events, etc.

I’m delighted by the ministry partners the Lord has connected me with in this season. They include my friends at Queens NY AGLOW, WOW! What’s ahead for Abounding Faith? I’m praying about it, but God willing it includes more writing and events and continuing to grow my online community. I’m also looking to expand my network of partners so stay tuned!
